Corporate Development Role

**About the Opportunity**

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Corporate Development Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, you will play a critical role in driving acquisitions and other transaction projects forward.

**Responsibilities**

* Prepare financial and operational proformas for new acquisitions or partnerships
* Collaborate with business units and executive leadership to drive growth initiatives
* Assist with due diligence collection, coordination, and discovery calls with sellers
* Coordinate and upload documents into the Business Development Team Room
* Assist with the completion of assigned Corporate Development spreadsheets
* Update Corporate Development records in M&A databases
* Copy records, policies, and other pertinent documents and distribute copies as directed
* Edit and publish LHC pipeline for weekly meetings with internal stakeholders and UHG M&A team

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or other relevant experience
* 1-3 years of experience in a corporate M&A or finance environment, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, public accounting, or another financial investment institution
* Exposure to integrated financial modeling and valuation
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills
