  • Remove empty tubes from the creel and stack them neatly in a box for storage.
  • Remove packages of yarn from the creel and stack them neatly in a case for shrink wrapping and inventory.
  • Thread ends of yarn back through creel guides to the warper overhead.
  • Clean, sweep, and/or blow down the work area to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Run the warper during the Warper Operator's break periods to ensure continuous production.

  • Push yarn dollies/carts loaded with yarn through the creel with a maximum weight of 450 lbs.

  • Bend to thread the warper multiple times per shift.
  • Use an air splicer with a trigger hundreds of times per shift.
  • Use scissors and snips throughout the shift.
  • Distinguish colors and shade differences.
  • Climb, balance, and kneel occasionally.
