Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Development Coordinator to join our team at the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC). This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and development of our program.

About the Role

The Program Development Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with outside agencies, developing and maintaining a network of referral sources, interviewing and assessing applicants, and providing support to staff in crisis intervention. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with outside agencies to develop partnerships and collaborations that support the goals of the ARC program
  • Develop and maintain a network of referral sources, including organizations, businesses, and community groups
  • Interview and assess applicants for the ARC program, ensuring that they meet the eligibility criteria
  • Provide support to staff in crisis intervention, using effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including weekly gratuity reports and statistical information
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working in a social services or rehabilitation setting
Salary

The salary for this role is $50,000 per year, plus benefits.
