About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pivotal Housing Partners. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our communities, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and maintaining a safe and secure living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
  • Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation)
  • Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Assist with court-ordered set-outs when necessary
  • Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days)
  • Maintain grounds and curb appeal
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Be responsive to on-call emergencies
Requirements
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • HVAC training and certification preferred
  • Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
  • Ability to be on-call for emergencies
  • Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications
