Job Title: Project Water Resources Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Water Resources Engineer to join our team at H2M architects + engineers. As a Project Water Resources Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing water resources projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage water resources projects, including planning, design, and construction engineering services.
  • Coordinate with other engineering and architecture departments within the firm to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare construction drawings and specifications for public bid.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Responsible for the on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery of all project requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior-level staff to ensure their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
  • 7 years of water resources or related consulting and design experience.
  • Strong client relations and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to mentor and supervise junior-level staff.
  • Wastewater project design and construction experience a plus.
  • PE highly desired.
