We are seeking a skilled Weatherization Specialist to join our team at JobsRUs. As a Weatherization Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing energy conservation services to eligible households in Jefferson County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install energy-efficient windows and doors to reduce heat loss and energy consumption.
- Conduct thorough inspections of attics and crawl spaces to identify areas for insulation and energy savings.
- Repair and replace furnaces to ensure safe and efficient heating.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs and develop customized solutions.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction, with a focus on window and door installation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
