A prominent wealth management firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to enhance the operations of their financial advisory team. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of professional experience in a related field, hold a Series 65 or 66 license (or be willing to obtain it), and have familiarity with CRM systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience or internship
- Series 65 or 66 certification is not required initially but must be obtained
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Gather and manage necessary documents for client onboarding
- Assist with client follow-ups, including calls and inquiries
- Respond to client requests, inquiries, and transactions
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between Wealth Advisors and clients as required
- Prepare reports, marketing materials, and other documents for client meetings
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support Wealth Advisors
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing high-volume client interactions
- Provide exceptional client service by ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and support staff to deliver outstanding client experiences
