Key Responsibilities
  • Build People Capability: Recruit, equip, and develop top operators to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience: Provide leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, leverage customer programs, and train/coach area coaches and restaurant managers.
  • Grow the Brand, Sales, and Profits: Partner with managers to build sales, execute marketing promotions, and coach area coaches to improve restaurant financial results.
Requirements
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-7 years of experience as a proven leader in QSR or with a franchisor working with franchise operators.
  • Operational Mastery: Expertise in BOH Systems, Ops Tools, and a solid understanding of restaurant P&L statements and reports.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator and excellent problem solver.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to leverage data to build capabilities and drive the right actions.
