Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, oversee, and document a workflow process to identify, archive, and eliminate materials in compliance with the necessary destruction/deletion policies as well as Division, Department, and NARA guidelines.
  • Typically reports to the Contractor IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager.
  • Engage with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to determine system requirements and propose technical solutions for IT needs.
  • Assess information from consultations to define system and project requirements.
  • Design comprehensive systems that align with defined requirements.
  • On smaller projects, may handle all aspects of technical support, including program validations and testing.
  • Conduct systems evaluations.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and specifications through formal reports and oral presentations.
  • Consult with COR regarding task orders, work scheduling, personnel assignments, priorities, progress reporting, plans, staff, schedules, and develop cost estimates for task orders.
  • Report on contract and task order progress.
  • Supervise personnel assigned to task orders, ensuring adherence to work standards and that technical designs meet functional requirements.
  • Guarantee the successful completion of tasks, timely deliverables, and quality assurance.
  • Prepare system and technical documentation.
  • Operate under the configuration management plan.
  • Oversee the technical aspects of assigned tasks.
  • Organize and conduct user training sessions on developed systems.
  • Create training materials and manuals for developed systems.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Relativity, including the creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
  • Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrated substantial, hands-on experience in the systems being utilized, typically requiring at least five years of such experience.
  • Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications.
  • Experience in a litigation support setting is highly beneficial.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lead a technical team and provide direction is crucial, along with the capability to analyze attorneys' needs and design comprehensive system solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification is highly preferred.
