Key Responsibilities:- Address inquiries related to COBRA and Direct Billing from both external and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate the processing of enrollments, elections, and premium payments for COBRA/Direct Billing.
- Request and manage renewal rates for COBRA/Direct Billing.
- Support clients during Open Enrollment periods.
- Assist with the implementation of new groups.
- Communicate effectively with external vendors.
- Conduct audits of records.
- Review and process appeals for COBRA reinstatement.
- Deliver superior client service.
- Engage in special projects and additional duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and collaborate with various teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and adaptability to new software systems.
