Job Description

As a Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in our legal team's success. You will assist attorneys in various legal matters, conduct research, and provide administrative support to ensure our clients receive the highest quality legal services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and development.
  • Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documentation, ensuring seamless access and retrieval.
  • Assist in case management and trial preparation, coordinating with attorneys and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed, maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to our practice areas, applying this knowledge to support our clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and managing attorney calendars, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (preferred).
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department, demonstrating expertise and adaptability.
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work products.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the practice area(s) of the firm, with a willingness to stay up-to-date and apply this knowledge to support our clients.
