Fawkes IDM is a leader in eDiscovery and trial technology solutions. As a Digital Evidence Manager, you will play a critical role in managing eDiscovery projects, developing project design specifications, and coordinating technical resources for practice group support projects.

Job Requirements

This position requires strong technical skills, including experience with litigation support software and network environments. You will work closely with the legal team to develop project design specifications and manage eDiscovery projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project design specifications in consultation with the legal team
  • Manage eDiscovery projects from initiation to closure
  • Coordinate technical resources for practice group support projects, including equipment, staffing, and software/applications
  • Analyze, configure, and implement software to meet business needs
  • Provide comprehensive reporting to the legal team, including project metrics

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of trial technology experience in a professional services environment required; law firm experience preferred
  • Previous eDiscovery/litigation support or similar legal experience required, including previous experience working independently with clients and litigation teams
  • Minimum of three years' experience analyzing, configuring, and implementing software
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat)
  • In-depth experience with litigation support software (Relativity, Concordance, IPRO, LiveNote, CaseMap, TimeMap, DTSearch, and other similar litigation support software), network environments, and data storage methodologies

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
