About the Role:

This is a hands-on role that requires a solid background in full-cycle learning and development. The successful candidate will design, deliver, and manage L&D programs, as well as work closely with our employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Facilitate Workshops: Create engaging and interactive workshops for virtual and in-person delivery, using best practices in instructor-led classroom design methods.
  • Coach and Mentor Employees: Provide guidance and support to employees regarding personal and career development, helping them to identify growth opportunities and achieve their goals.
  • Conduct Assessments: Conduct and debrief assessments at departmental, team, and individual levels to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.
  • Provide Insight and Support: Offer expert advice and support to branch succession and leadership development conversations, helping to identify talent development needs and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

  • Support Development Tracking and Reporting: Provide support for development tracking and reporting processes, ensuring that progress and impact are measured and reported effectively.
  • Apply Change Management Methodology: Apply change management methodology to projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are implemented effectively and with minimal disruption.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or Communications is required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience applying training and development principles and adult learning theory, with a working knowledge of instructional design – ADDIE.
  • Delivering Training: 5+ years of experience delivering training and presentations to a variety of audiences in a business and adult setting.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed, with a maximum of 25% of the time.
  • Leadership Skills: Consistent high performer with strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead with purpose, maturity, and self-awareness.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Ability to build credibility and effectively collaborate and consult with leaders, business partners, internal customers, and colleagues.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, with the ability to give and receive specific, constructive feedback.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Resilience and Flexibility: Ability to be resilient and flexible, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
