The Sr. Learning Specialist is responsible for delivering leadership training, conducting organizational effectiveness solutions, and designing leadership development courseware. This position requires up to 50% travel to various company locations to facilitate training sessions and support organizational development initiatives.Work collaboratively with Leadership and Talent Development Program Manager and Instructional Design team members to deliver programs that address workforce and talent needs.   Key Responsibilities:Deliver Leadership Training: Facilitate engaging and impactful leadership training sessions for employees at various levels within the organization, such as flagship enterprise-wide programs such as Develop Your Mark and Leadership Essentials.  Delivery to include in person and virtual instructor-led courses. May include learning advisory support for the various leadership programsConduct Organizational Effectiveness Solutions: Assess organizational needs and implement solutions to enhance overall effectiveness and performanceCreate Leadership Development Courseware: Design and create comprehensive leadership development programs and materials that align with organizational goals and support leadership curriculum strategies established by the Leadership and Talent Development Program ManagerAdministration and project management: Coordination with HRDs to identify cohort learners, scheduling classes/locations, communications, and meetings with location coordinatorsCollaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Leadership and Talent Development Program Manager, Human Resource Business Partners, field HR Managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutionsEvaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metricsStay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and organizational effectivenessThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
