Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to order, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a clean and safe environment, adhering to state health regulations.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in a culinary operation, such as a full-service hotel or restaurant.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of productivity and efficiency.
