Position Overview:

Enjoy Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Days (EID). In our Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals, you will be caring for the most vulnerable patients in your community. You will provide care for patients who are chronically and critically ill or those recovering from ICU stays, requiring extended hospital care. Our RNs are crucial in delivering compassionate care and clinical treatment throughout the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
- Conducting initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation through appropriate systems.
- Analyzing assessment and diagnostic data, including lab results and telemetry.
- Accurately transcribing and processing medical orders.
- Demonstrating competence in Rapid Response and code events.
- Fostering continuous quality improvement.
- Educating and counseling patients and their families.

Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include a valid State RN License and BLS certification at the time of hire. ACLS certification is required within six months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical experience is highly regarded.
