About the Job

As a Customer Success Coach, you will play a critical role in driving customer growth and satisfaction by providing expert guidance and support to our Medical Device/Life Sciences customers. You will develop and execute customized coaching plans to help customers achieve their business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop solutions.

About Your Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Medical Device/Life Sciences industry
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven coaching and training programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Arena's PLM/QMS solution and its applications in the Medical Device/Life Sciences industry

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000-140,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Paid Time Off and Sick Leave Policies, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and disability coverage.
