Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Lead multiple teams or functional areas, driving performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and budget approval.
  • Identify stakeholders and key organizations to build and manage relationships, driving business objectives.
  • Direct the creation of work projects, ensuring alignment to business goals and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of macro-level topics, resolving issues and driving resolution.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives and drive adherence to project processes and procedures.
  • Assist project teams in negotiating for resources and ensure funding and staffing are in place.
  • Direct the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Apply comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures to resolve issues impacting beyond own area.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
