Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute project plans for complex projects of strategic importance, including work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Perform variance analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning to ensure project success.
- Communicate project risks and status to stakeholders, including clients, IT management, and vendors.
- Validate client and functional requirements, and determine the impact on current technologies.
- Make recommendations on existing application products and evaluate alternative operational efficiencies.
- Provide work direction to project managers and coordinate activities of other associates.
- Contribute to performance appraisals and team building activities.
