About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Pureplay Manager to lead our business on Amazon and emerging pureplay channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and growth in these critical channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Amazon business management through Vendor Central portal, building relationships with Amazon stakeholders and developing joint business plans.
  • Maintain and develop other pureplay platforms to diversify our online business.
  • Track KPIs and scorecards for key business deliverables, deciphering results and executing learnings to optimize eCommerce platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze SKU performance, rankings, and customer reviews, building reports and dashboards to share insights with cross-functional teams.
  • Represent eCommerce pureplay in S&OP planning, developing and maintaining accurate item-level forecasts for consumption and shipments.
  • Manage third-party support agencies to reduce outages and mitigate losses.
About You

We are looking for a highly adaptable and detail-oriented individual with deep Amazon expertise. You should be proactive, organized, and obsessed with the details. You will be responsible for building relationships with Amazon stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and for driving revenue and growth in our eCommerce pureplay channels.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience managing an Amazon sales channel or as an account lead on an Amazon business.
  • Expert knowledge in Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and D365 (ERP).
  • Experience working with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Vendor or Seller Central Reporting, and ABVP or third-party Amazon data platforms.
  • Consumer-focused mindset with the ability to give voice to the Amazon shopper.
  • Excellent cross-functional communicator who can influence through data and insights.
