Job Title: Clinic Administrator

At A.G.E.S. Learning Solutions LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinic operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct facility tours for families and potential employees, showcasing our ABA and Speech Spaces.
  • Manage local outreach community building and marketing programs, working closely with the Manager of Clinic Operations.
  • Manage co-payment collections, cancellations, and rescheduling with families and schedulers.
  • Maintain office space and stay up-to-date on necessary supplies.
  • Communicate with parents regarding questions and concerns.
  • Answer incoming calls to the clinic.
  • Assist therapists with tasks as needed, such as printing, laminating, and creating posters/documents.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • ABA experience or previous childcare experience preferred.
  • Administrative experience in clinical office settings preferred.
  • Must have a TB test clearance and a clean criminal background check.
  • A valid driving license.
