In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the excellence and functionality of our state-of-the-art wireless base station technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the performance of portable wireless devices
- Engage with 5G/NR, LTE, UMTS, and GSM specifications
- Oversee laboratory operations
- Showcase prototype systems
- Assist in presentations and demonstrations for U.S. Federal Government stakeholders
- Conduct assessments to evaluate system quality and performance
Essential Qualifications:
- Familiarity with RF/Wireless standards
- Understanding of LTE, UMTS, and 5G protocols
- Practical experience with Cell Selection and Mobility processes
- Knowledge of Ethernet/IP networking
- Capability to develop and implement test plans
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and bash
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally may be necessary
