Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and setting up Personal Computers and other network-associated hardware. They will also provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, and document technical solutions to share knowledge with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and set up Personal Computers and other network-associated hardware
  • Provide technical support to customers, responding to phone calls, emails, and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, using all available resources to resolve issues efficiently
  • Document technical solutions to share knowledge with team members
  • Assist with company-wide software upgrades and new software installation as requested
  • Communicate with and treat co-workers and customers with respect and dignity
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Personal Computers and networks (IT Support Analyst II)
  • 5+ years of IT experience or equivalent education preferred (IT Support Analyst III)
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Good reasoning ability and willingness to ask questions
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to follow instructions explicitly
  • Ability to document technical solutions in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
