About the Role:
Sun Life Financial is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Compensation Director for Institutional Investors. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for developing and managing compensation programs that support the business objectives of our line of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage compensation strategies and programs that drive performance and reward long-term value creation.
- Lead a small but mighty team that partners with business and HR Leaders to deliver compensation solutions.
- Contribute as a senior Total Rewards leader and member of our HR Leadership Team in shaping and delivering strategies.
- Provide consultation and partnership to understand strategic priorities and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- ~10+ years of experience and a university education in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience with asset management compensation and M&A due diligence and/or integration work is a significant asset.
