About the Role:

SunPower is a global leader in solar energy solutions, and we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory through the development and maintenance of strong relationships with our residential dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular sales calls with dealers to communicate key messages and provide product training
  • Collect and analyze dealer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product/service enhancements
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share
  • Manage day-to-day communications with installer partners, including pricing, new product announcements, and other important updates
  • Solicit and resolve dealer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Travel frequently (50%) to meet with installer partners and attend national and regional sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with an independent dealer network
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to be part of a rapidly growing business
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development in a high-ticket retail market
