Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Central Florida market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing key customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Work with the sales team to develop and maintain an active prospect list and ensure timely follow-up on new account prospect calls
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales on sales meetings and marketing opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, pricing, and other general information to effectively communicate with customers
  • Work with the credit department to set credit terms for orders obtained and maintain daily contact with internal departments, customers, factory reps, and other outside sources
  • Monitor competitive sales and pricing activity in the area and work with National Account sales representatives to further their sales goals

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of sales management experience calling on restaurants and hospitality in the Florida market
  • Knowledge of hospitality and restaurant purchasing
  • Sales leadership skills
