As a pivotal member of the team at Nhcchq, the Branch and Small Business Communications Strategist will play a crucial role in enhancing internal and external communications for the Small Business Banking sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that elevate the visibility of the Small Business Banking Leader.
  • Create engaging materials for various events, including presentations, speeches, and social media content to support business objectives.
  • Lead the internal communications strategy, ensuring effective messaging through written communications, video content, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Consumer & Business Banking communications team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Evaluate complex information and determine the most effective communication methods based on the topic and organizational goals.
  • Edit publications, write speeches, and provide media support to enhance public relations efforts.
  • Represent Nhcchq at community, business, and educational events, fostering strong relationships within the industry.
  • Manage special communication projects, including those related to acquisitions and divestitures, as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in communication roles.
  • At least one year of supervisory or management experience.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical, research, and interviewing skills.
