- Administer HR Programs: Oversee the administration of HR programs, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster trust and collaboration with internal customers, including management and employees.
- Ensure Compliance: Monitor and implement applicable HR federal, state, and local requirements to ensure legal compliance.
- Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, with previous management experience preferred.
