Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment, with previous management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of state and federal employment laws, including EEO, ADA/FEHA, FLSA, and FMLA/CFRA.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and perspectives in various business settings.
