About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Perioperative Registered Nurse to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our Ambulatory Surgery Facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient surgical experience.
Responsibilities:
- Individualize plans of care to coordinate and deliver safe and age-appropriate care to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures.
- Function as an advisor, resource, preceptor, and leader for other members of the patient care team.
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Coordinator to ensure seamless patient care and efficient facility operations.
Requirements:
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college).
- Requires knowledge of a specialized field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a perioperative setting.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification, ACLS required.
