Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of property-level financial and operational goals.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day activities, including supervising customer interactions, processing bank deposits, scheduling staff, and preparing month-end reports.
  • Courteously assist customers with inquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining and repairing parking equipment and performing general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
  • Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate; a minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
  • Availability to work special shifts, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends, may be required.
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong customer orientation and positive attitude; able to respond to requests for service and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Adaptable to changes in the work environment; able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
