Job Title: Renewable Energy Compliance Manager

About the Role:

RWE AG is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our compliance program, you will be responsible for ensuring that our renewable energy operations meet all relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure adherence to NERC CIP standards
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and mitigate risks
  • Provide training and education to employees on compliance requirements and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, information management systems)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in NERC compliance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of NERC CIP standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
