Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that surpasses expectations while adhering to company policies.
  • Foster a loyal customer base through trustworthy relationships built on integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and supervisors regarding relevant topics.
  • Exhibit a warm, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor towards customers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and operational integrity of the service location, including equipment upkeep and quality control of services.
  • Oversee daily operations, including financial transactions, inventory management, and discount processing.
  • Manage customer invoicing following established protocols for cash and credit transactions.
  • Address customer grievances and employee issues with fairness and consistency.
  • Analyze performance data to inform daily operations and enhance productivity.
  • Achieve established monthly performance targets.
  • Accurately execute daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Complete administrative tasks punctually, including employee scheduling and evaluations.
  • Assume Site Manager responsibilities in their absence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; six months to one year of relevant experience or training preferred.
  • Knowledge of repair, maintenance, sales, customer service, and branch management operations.
Skills

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural manuals. Proficient in writing routine reports and communicating effectively with customers and staff.

Mathematical Skills: Capable of performing calculations involving discounts, interest, and percentages.

Reasoning Ability: Skilled in solving practical problems and interpreting various forms of instructions.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

  • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Bend and crouch to perform equipment repairs.
  • Use hands and fingers for operating machinery and tools.
  • Communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
Work Environment

The role involves exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions. The noise level is typically loud, and the position may require evening and weekend availability.
