Our Manager Trainee program offers a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced managers and develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
* Manage and maintain a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
* Analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business results
* Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Valid driver's license required
* Strong computer skills and multitasking skills needed
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
