Regional Sales Director for Western Territory

This position is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the Western region by positioning Carlisle Syntec as the premier commercial roofing products provider. The Regional Sales Director will lead a team of regional sales managers and external representatives to achieve sales goals and optimize sales channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct regional sales activities to achieve continuous profitable sales growth.
Aid in the creation, execution, and sustainment of regional sales plans and individual Territory Development Plans (TDPs).
Foster strong relationships between Carlisle Syntec, its representatives, distribution partners, and roofers to ensure alignment and sales channel optimization.
Support company strategic initiatives, including new product development, marketing, and Carlisle Operating System (COS) activities.
Aid in talent acquisition, development, and retention within the employee and representative network.
Represent the company in professional organizations.
Report to the National Sales Director.
Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
Organizational and time management skills.
Collaborative interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform as a team leader in professional organizations.
Ability to sell company capabilities and system features and benefits.
Knowledge of the commercial construction market and its business practices.
Financial acumen.
Strong knowledge of the Carlisle product line.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related technical field.
A minimum of ten years of experience working in the construction products industry.
