Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with previous experience in automotive parts and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Parts department to achieve maximum efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness, and member and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare budget, establish pricing, and approve controllable expenses.
- Inventory Management: Establish, inspect, monitor, and maintain a balanced inventory.
- Order Processing: Create and submit orders throughout the day.
- Reporting and Analysis: Reconcile invoices, forecast and track expenses, and prepare reports.
- Staff Management: Assist with work schedules, timecards, and payroll, as well as recruiting, training, and performance recognition and evaluations.
- Customer Service: Ensure the quality of customer service and ensure needs are met for internal jobs.
Leadership Capabilities
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and thought leadership skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Previous experience in automotive parts and/or management is required.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans, as well as paid holidays, paid time off, deferred holiday pay match, paid training, stock awards, and more.
