Job Summary

Professional Partners Group is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will play a critical role in investigating and researching facts, preparing documents, and assisting attorneys in managing cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and research to gather relevant information and evidence.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed case files, including medical records, insurance coverage, and damage summaries.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient case management.
  • Assist attorneys with settlement documentation, disbursements, and other litigation-related tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain check requests, balance verifications, and subrogation lien resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the litigation team to ensure seamless case management and resolution.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Three to five years' relevant work experience in litigation support or a related field.
  • Prefer Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prefer paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
