Physical Therapist

Concentra is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient orthopedic setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, helping them recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to improve patients' motor functions and reasoning abilities
- Provide direct patient care, including modalities, therapeutic exercises, and gait training
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least 5 years of experience in an orthopedic setting, with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment
- Ortho-outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
