We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients with varied orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. As a Physical Therapist, you will work in our Outpatient Rehab clinic, evaluating, directing, planning, and treating patients to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with a wide range of disabilities and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve established goals.
  • Conduct a variety of techniques and modalities to provide effective treatment, modifying plans as needed due to changes in client status and capabilities.
  • Maintain open communication with the treatment team, physicians, clients, and family members to facilitate problem-solving and program planning.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
  • Current State of CT license.
  • Pelvic Floor Therapist skills highly desirable.
