About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Select Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic setting, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of patients, providing preventative and rehabilitative services to help improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, including sports medicine and general orthopedic injuries.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their specific goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in facility meetings and contribute to the development of clinical programs and services.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients.
  • CPR certification required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques frequently throughout the day.
  • Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a workday.
  • Visual acuity sufficient to evaluate, diagnose, and monitor patient needs.
  • Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions.
