Telecoms Software Sales Lead

We are seeking a Telecoms Software Sales Lead to join our team in North America. This role will be responsible for selling our complex OSS/BSS solutions to Tier 1-3 operators in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Sell our OSS/BSS solutions to Tier 1-3 operators in North America.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing operator contacts and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Presales team to deliver software demonstrations and support sales efforts.
- Provide input into product development and roadmap to ensure our solutions meet customer needs.
- Familiarity with BSS and/or OSS applications used in support of Telecommunications Operator's business.
- Competence with standard MS Office applications and project management techniques.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to think innovatively when solving problems.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work at all levels within an organization.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivery and results.
