We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Permanent Healthcare Resident Care Supervisor (HRCS) to become a vital part of our dynamic healthcare team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive healthcare needs of our residents, ensuring their health and comfort.

This position requires a compassionate professional with a profound understanding of resident care supervision and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking abilities, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-quality patient care.


Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident, tailored to their specific healthcare needs and preferences.2. Coordinate and supervise the activities of the healthcare team to ensure effective execution of all care plans.3. Conduct regular evaluations of each resident's health status, making necessary modifications to their care plans as needed.4. Maintain precise and current records of each resident's care, including their medical history, treatments, and progress.5.

Establish and maintain effective communication with residents, their families, and healthcare team members to ensure that all parties are well-informed about the resident's health status and care.6.

Advocate for residents' health and wellbeing, ensuring that their needs and preferences are respected and met.7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure the provision of comprehensive, integrated care.8. Comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies relating to resident care supervision.9. Provide leadership and guidance to the healthcare team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with the latest advances in resident care supervision.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in resident care supervision, preferably in a long-term care setting.3. Proven experience in developing and implementing effective care plans.4. Excellent knowledge of resident care supervision principles and best practices.5. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee the work of a healthcare team.6.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and team members.7.

Strong advocacy skills, with a commitment to promoting residents' health and wellbeing.8. Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and software.9. A current, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse or equivalent.10. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
