Position Overview:

We are looking for a committed and skilled Permanent Resident Care Manager (RCM) to enhance our vibrant healthcare team.

  • Maintain precise and current records of each resident's care, including medical history, treatments, and progress.

  • Advocate for residents' health and welfare, ensuring their needs and preferences are honored and addressed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to provide comprehensive, integrated care.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations, standards, and policies regarding resident care management.
  • Provide leadership and support to the healthcare team, fostering a positive and encouraging work environment.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in resident care management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in resident care management, ideally in a long-term care environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective care plans.
  • Thorough knowledge of resident care management principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities, with the capacity to coordinate and manage a healthcare team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
