We are seeking a skilled Anesthetist to join our team at Emory Healthcare, a leading academic health system in Georgia. As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality anesthesia care to our patients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will assist anesthesiologists in gathering pre-op data, instruct others in anesthesia principles, and participate in research projects. You will also establish multi-parameter monitoring of patients, manage pre- and post-anesthetic care, and maintain certification through biannual Continuing Medical Education credits.

Responsibilities
  • Assist anesthesiologists in gathering pre-op data and instructing others in anesthesia principles
  • Participate in research projects as directed by anesthesiologists
  • Establish multi-parameter monitoring of patients, including ECG, direct arterial pressure, and arterial blood gas determinations
  • Manage pre- and post-anesthetic care, including ventilatory support of patients
  • Maintain certification through biannual Continuing Medical Education credits
Requirements

We are seeking a graduate of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) Master's Degree program. You must also maintain biannual certification through the submission of Continuing Medical Education credits (CMEs).
