Overview

Emory Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Anesthetist - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our team at Emory Specialty Associates (ESA). As a vital part of our integrated academic healthcare system, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Work Hours/Schedule

We offer a full-time schedule with 10 or 12-hour shifts, as well as extra shift opportunities for those who desire. This position comes with no calls and no weekends.

Highlights of Joining Our Team

As an Anesthetist with Emory Healthcare, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $168,300 - $205,000 per year, based on years of experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for benefits, including PTO accrual, life insurance, and retirement program options. We also offer reimbursement for state/national licensure/certification renewals, professional association membership, and AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS renewals.

Responsibilities

As an Anesthetist with Emory Healthcare, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration of general and regional anesthesia to surgical and non-surgical procedure patients. You will also be responsible for interpreting and recording patient physiological and pharmacological status, as well as assisting the Anesthesiologist in gathering routine pre-op data.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) Masters Degree program. You must also be licensed or eligible to practice in the State of Georgia and certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) or National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA).
