As an Intelligence Trainer, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities aimed at addressing complex challenges. A typical day will involve:

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior Intelligence Trainer. The selected candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering top-tier training programs focused on technical and intelligence subjects. This includes the development of lesson plans, execution of training sessions, and assessment of training program effectiveness. The Intelligence Trainer will also provide mentorship to fellow technical trainers and ensure that the training team achieves its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts advanced instruction for intelligence professionals on tradecraft and related topics.
  • Designs and refines intricate courseware and curricula tailored to meet client training requirements, establishing course content and objectives.
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert, mentoring members of the target community in the relevant discipline.
  • Enhances student competencies in specific intelligence areas.
  • Evaluates student performance and offers recommendations for enhancement.
  • Delivers comprehensive training at client locations, as part of a mobile training team, or through virtual platforms.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of pertinent technologies and subject areas.
  • May provide coaching and guidance to less-experienced professionals.
  • May assume leadership roles within a team or task force.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations relevant to the intelligence discipline.
  • Experience in classroom instruction and courseware development.
  • Specific certifications or military education/training may be necessary, depending on the assignment.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Professional Experience

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
