Key Responsibilities
- Recognized as a developing expert, applying extensive technical knowledge.
- Formulates technical solutions to intricate challenges.
- Exhibits significant discretion in establishing objectives and methodologies for assignments.
- Delivers intelligence support for contingency operations, operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy across various operational areas.
- Monitors and evaluates all strategic and operational dimensions of political, military, and economic developments within designated regions.
- Analyzes ongoing and future political-military trends, military capabilities, doctrines, weapon acquisitions, and the deployment of military forces.
- Conducts research, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to assist senior leadership.
- Integrates information from diverse sources, including field agents, to produce reliable reports on national security and anti-terrorism efforts.
- Evaluates the credibility of information from trusted sources, collecting and validating intelligence.
- May provide leadership to fellow analysts.
- Specific duties include being an integral part of a dynamic team executing critical intelligence collection operations utilizing advanced collection systems.
- This operations team has received prestigious recognition within the Intelligence Community.
- Engages in multi-disciplinary efforts to support national strategic objectives through sensitive collection programs.
- Monitors various channels of classified and open-source information to identify and assess ISR mission threats.
- Prioritizes strategic and real-time emergent threats, facilitating the flow of critical information to mission directors and tactical partners.
- Conducts mission planning for airborne assets and ensures airspace de-confliction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or an Associate's degree with additional experience) and 8 years of experience in Intelligence operations, including at least 5 years as a SIGINT Analyst.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in communications intelligence (COMINT).
- Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Proficient in standard SIGINT reporting tools and databases, with fundamental knowledge of geospatial tools such as FalconView, ArcGIS, or GALE.
- Experience in synthesizing diverse intelligence reports into a cohesive product.
- Experience in reporting time-sensitive and threat intelligence.
- Experience supporting operations in designated AORs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for routine briefings.
- Adept at sorting, compiling, and analyzing information from multiple reporting domains, producing actionable intelligence for senior officials.
- In-depth understanding of ISR and air operations tasking and prioritization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated capability to interface with air operations cells.
- Educational requirements: BS 8-10 years, MS 6-8 years, PhD 3-5 years.
