Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research within Intelligence databases, synthesizing and evaluating information to aid in mission planning. You will monitor real-time intelligence reporting and assess changes in threat levels, providing tailored, critical information to support ongoing operations.
Participate in a specialized multi-disciplinary team executing sensitive collection initiatives aligned with national strategic goals. You will oversee various channels of classified and open-source information to identify and evaluate ISR mission threats.
Prioritize both strategic and immediate threats, ensuring the timely flow of vital information to mission directors and tactical partners. Engage in airborne asset mission planning and airspace de-confliction.
Qualifications:
Required Education/Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree (or an Associate's degree with additional relevant experience) along with 8 years of experience in Intelligence operations, including a minimum of 5 years as a SIGINT Analyst. Additionally, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in communications intelligence (COMINT).
Desired:
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science disciplines.
Required Skills:
Expertise in standard SIGINT reporting tools and databases, along with a foundational understanding of geospatial tools such as FalconView, ArcGIS, or GALE for collection operations. Experience in integrating diverse intelligence reports into a cohesive product is essential, as is the ability to report on time-sensitive intelligence. You should have experience supporting operations in PACOM and/or CENTCOM AORs and possess strong communication and presentation skills for routine briefings. The ability to analyze and compile information from various reporting domains to produce actionable intelligence for senior officials is crucial.
Comprehensive knowledge of ISR and air operations tasking and prioritization is required, along with the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate the ability to coordinate with air operations cells to ensure the de-confliction of air assets.
Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing to undergo a polygraph examination. This position requires shift work.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $87,000 to $157,450. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation. Factors influencing the offer may include job responsibilities, education, experience, and internal equity, among others.
