Compensation Package

The estimated hourly compensation for this role is $21.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to provide safety and security services to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by carrying out site-specific policies, procedures, and emergency response activities when necessary
  • Responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner
  • Conducting regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in various environments and conditions as required
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience
  • Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Pass a drug screen, subject to applicable laws
  • Hold any required licenses or certifications, depending on state and local regulations
