Compensation:
Pay Structure:
Hourly wage supplemented by production bonus incentives, aligned with EXL's policies.

The anticipated total compensation for this role, combining an hourly base rate with production bonuses, is projected to be between $40k - $57k in total earnings within the first year. The hourly base rate is contingent upon specific job-related experience and geographical location, with no cap on production bonuses.


Role and Responsibilities:
The Skilled Insurance Field Auditor is responsible for performing audits on insurance policies related to Worker's Compensation, Auto, and General Liability.
This involves reviewing the policyholder's records in accordance with client company standards.

Working from your home office, this role necessitates scheduling appointments with the insured parties and traveling approximately 4 days per week within your designated territory to meet with clients and gather essential documentation for our insurance company client audits, all while adhering to customer requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently from a home office.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with insurance and/or basic accounting principles is advantageous.

The listed base salary range is just one aspect of EXL's comprehensive compensation package, which may also include bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and various region-specific benefits.
