Job Title: Business Solutions Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on banking and lending products and services.
  • Analyze client financial needs and recommend customized solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales or small business banking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence clients.
  • Effective customer service skills, with the ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience.
  • Proven sales track record, with a focus on building productive partnerships and working relationships.
  • Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with small business clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Knowledge of small business products and services, with a focus on providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
